Kali ini saya akan nulis tentang wordpress.com, beberapa hari lalu saya membuat account di wordpress.com kemudian saya hapus karena mau refresh aja, pikir saya bisa buat lagi dengan nama sama, ternyata tidak bisa, sekali saja menghapus domain di wordpress maka tidak akan bisa dikembalikan lagi. bisa baca aturannya dibawah ini :
A WordPress.com blog owner can choose, at any time, to permanently delete his/her blog. There are any number of reasons someone may want to do this, and we certainly respect their wishes and decisions.
Addresses (URLs) for blogs that have been deleted by the owner will remain deleted. We cannot, under any circumstances, allow someone to take over the address of a blog that was previously owned and deleted by its original/previous owner. Please do not submit support requests asking us to do this.
Think about it: imagine you have a blog for a while but then decide to delete it for personal reasons. We then let someone else take over the name. A year later you get an angry phone call from a friend or relative who has clicked on an old bookmark, reads something offensive, and thinks that it was published by you. This is precisely why our policy is, and will remain, in place.
Fortunately, there is a nearly infinite supply of unused blog addresses – so our policy should not limit your address selection significantly. You can also register a custom domain for use with your blog so that the original ‘wordpress.com’ domain/URL is never visible to your readers.
While we do have the right to reclaim or delete a blog/address for any reason, under our Terms of Service, we very rarely exercise this power and will not use this power to reclaim names of any currently active or deleted sites.
If you find that a blog address is registered by another user, you may be able to obtain it for your use if the owner of the blog agrees to transfer it to you. You may contact the blog owner – via a comment on their site or through a contact form, if available – to ask for their consent. If you do not get permission, or do not hear back from the blog owner, we cannot transfer the blog address to you.
Nah sekarang pikir - pikir dulu kalau mau menghapus blog di wordpress.com, apalagi nama blognya bagus.
